Tender Description
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Hyderabad invites bids for the repair and renovation of a residential building during the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28. This procurement is conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) under a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure.
Items being procured:
- Repair and renovation of Residential Building
The scope includes detailed terms, conditions, and specifications for the repair and renovation works at the residential building located in Hyderabad. Bidders must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding document, which includes submission of bid security and performance guarantee.
The bid security required is a pay order or bank draft in the name of Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Hyderabad equivalent to PKR 300,000 as a call deposit. The performance guarantee after award is PKR 500,000 in the form of a bank guarantee or pay order/bank draft in the same name.
Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS. Manual financial bids will not be accepted. Scanned copies of all required documents must be uploaded through E-PADS using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. One original hard copy of documents along with the original bid security must be submitted to the office of the Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Hyderabad, A-49 Site Area, before the bid closing time.
Bids will be evaluated by the Procurement Committee. Incomplete bids will be marked non-responsive. The Collectorate reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or proposal at any time prior to acceptance as per Public Procurement Rules 2004.
The bid submission deadline and opening date is 28 September 2026, with submission deadline at 2:00 PM and opening at 3:00 PM. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements.
