Procurement of Different Electric Items (Turnkey Basis) for Financial Year 2026-2027

The Government Sadiq College Women University Bahawalpur is inviting e-procurement bids from GST and Income Tax registered firms, distributors, dealers, and suppliers for the supply of different electric items on a turnkey basis for the Financial Year 2026-2027. The bidding will follow a single-stage/two envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 38-2(a). Conditional or incomplete bids may be rejected. The university reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons, as per Punjab Procurement Rules. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication, and the agency will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in bid preparation. In case of holidays, the next working day will be considered for bid opening.
