Procurement of Digital Height & Weight Scale for Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore

The Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore invites e-bids from vendors and firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments or authorities for the procurement of a Digital Height & Weight Scale. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA-2014 rules. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication. The PPRA website for tender response is https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. E-bids must be submitted online on or before 24.11.2026 at 11:00 AM via the Punjab E Procurement System. Hard copies are not required. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 335,440 must be paid through PSID and submitted on the Punjab e Procurement System as prescribed by PITB. No physical bid security is accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 05.11.2026 at 11:00 AM. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid opening. For further information, bidders may contact the Supply Chain department at PKLI & RC during office hours from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM. The institute will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in preparation or submission of bids.
