Arrangement of Miscellaneous Items for Students Week and Alumni at Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi

Sealed bids are invited on a University main campus basis from reputable and well-established firms, companies, or persons who are authorized partners (Distributors, Resellers or have Authorized Letter from mentioned Partners of reputable national/international companies). Bidders must have well past experience, financial position, and be registered with Income Tax Departments for the arrangement of miscellaneous items for Students' Week and Alumni of the University. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous items for Students' Week - Items for Alumni of the University The interested bidders shall submit their bids (Soft Form on eP System and Hard Copy in the Directorate of Procurement and Inventory Control) under a single stage one envelope bidding procedure according to PPRA rule 38 (1). Firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers, or persons are requested to submit offers with company profile and clients list along with Earnest Security of 2% of the Bid Price in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Draft from Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of Treasurer, Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi. The tender submission deadline is by 11:00 hours on 10-11-2026, and the tender will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders who wish to participate. The URL of the PPRA website is https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx and response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website. In case of an official holiday on the day of submission, the next day will be treated as the closing date. The successful bidder must furnish a performance security/performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price as per Punjab PPRA Rule 56 in the form and period specified in the Bidding Document. Rates must be quoted strictly in accordance with specifications of Bidding Documents valid for 90 days. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. Firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers, or persons must submit along with the tender a bid affidavit that the company is an active taxpayer and not involved in litigation or blacklisted. The University reserves the right to reject all bids/proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per PPRA Punjab rule 35, with communication of grounds for rejection upon bidder request but without justification as per PPRA rule 35 (2).
