Procurement of Digital Salary Disbursement and Banking Services for PEIMA Licensee Schools

Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA), Government of the Punjab, invites bids/proposals from established organizations, companies, and firms for the procurement of digital salary disbursement and banking services for teachers and staff of PEIMA licensee schools in Lahore. The contract period is initially one year with a provision for extension by mutual consent based on satisfactory performance and compliance with procurement requirements. Items being procured: - Digital Salary Disbursement Services - Banking Services for Teachers/Staff of PEIMA Licensee Schools Bidders must be registered with relevant tax and regulatory authorities and registered on the e-Procurement System under PPR-14 Rule 38 (2a). The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope method as per PPRA Rules, 2014. Earnest money of Rs. 150,000 (5% of estimated cost) must be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit, or Bank Draft in favor of the Chief Executive Officer, PEIMA. Original bid security in sealed and stamped envelope must be delivered to the office of the undersigned by 10th September 2026 at 11:00 am. Late submissions or bids sent by courier will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on 10th September 2026 at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Only technically qualified bidders will be invited for financial bid opening. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA Punjab website and PEIMA portal. Bidders are requested to submit online bids through the e-Procurement System.
