Provision of Internet Services 100 Mbps Dedicated Fiber/DRS Internet Connectivity

TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) invites proposals for the provision of Internet Services with 100 Mbps Dedicated Fiber/DRS Internet Connectivity through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). This procurement is for project implementation, management, and maintenance of urban rapid transit projects assigned by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority. Items being procured: - Internet Services 100 Mbps Dedicated Fiber/DRS Internet Connectivity The detailed scope of services is provided in the Request for Proposal available on the TransPeshawar website and EPADS portal. Eligible service providers must be registered with FBR and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of both authorities. A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 31, 2026, at 11:30 AM (PST) at the TransPeshawar office for interested consultants. Proposals must be submitted electronically through EPADS by September 11, 2026, at 11:30 AM (PST). Late or hard copy submissions will not be accepted. Bid security must be submitted as per the Request for Proposal requirements. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM (PST) in the presence of service providers who choose to attend. The advertisement and documents are also available on the websites of TransPeshawar, KPRA, and EPADS. TransPeshawar reserves the right to cancel any or all bids with cogent reason. Bidders are advised to carefully review the eligibility criteria and submission instructions on the official portals to avoid disqualification. Timely electronic submission through EPADS is critical to ensure participation.
