Repair and Maintenance and Supply of AC Parts for Comsats University Lahore Campus

The Comsats University, Islamabad (Lahore Campus) invites bids for the repair, maintenance, and supply of air conditioning parts at its Lahore campus. This procurement is for non-consultancy services and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured include: - Repairing of AC compressor 04 Ton (10 jobs) - Repairing of AC compressor 02 Ton (6 jobs) - Repairing of AC compressor 1.5 Ton (4 jobs) - Repairing of evaporator coil 04 Ton (3 jobs) - Repairing of inverter evaporator coil 02 Ton (2 jobs) - Repairing of Split AC outdoor body 1.5 Ton (23 jobs) - Repairing of evaporator coil 1.5 Ton Split AC Non-Inverter (1 job) - Indoor Copper Pipe Unions in sizes ½, ¼, 3/8, 5/8, ¾ US or equivalent (8 qty each) - Copper Capillary Tubes 4 Ton and 1.5 Ton AC sizes (20 ft each) - CTC Westron or equivalent (60 liters) - PVC Tape Ossaka or equivalent (75 qty) - Capacitor 3.5uf Amber or equivalent (50 qty) The scope includes collection of items from the store office, repair and maintenance, and delivery back to the university. All compressors and coils will be repaired to full working condition with a 2-month warranty. The work will be performed at Comsats University, Defence Road, Lahore. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS and comply with the eligibility criteria including FBR registration and technical competence. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS by 11:00 AM on August 28, 2026, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. A bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is required. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids.
