Procurement of Digital Transformation & Operational Automation Services

Sindh Lakhra Coal Mining Company (Pvt.) Ltd. (SLCMC) under the Energy Department, Government of Sindh, invites reputable, duly registered, eligible, technically competent, and experienced software development firms and consulting firms/consultants to submit sealed bids for the procurement of services related to Digital Transformation and Operational Automation. This procurement focuses on the design, development, supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and post-implementation support of an Integrated Digital Management Platform for Digital Transformation and Operational Automation. Items being procured: - Procurement of services: Digital Transformation & Operational Automation (Complete Job) The scope includes comprehensive software development and business process automation to enhance operational efficiency. Bidders must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in software development, digital transformation, enterprise systems, and business process automation. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR/ATL and technical competence as per the bidding documents. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- in the form of a Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of Sindh Lakhra Coal Mining Company (Pvt.) Ltd. must be submitted to the Procuring Agency at its Head Office before or at the time of bid opening. Bids must be submitted online through the SPPRA EPAD Portal www.portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk or from the official website www.sindhmining.com. The bid security is 2% of the bid offer, and bids remain valid for 90 days. The submission deadline is 08th October 2026 at 3:00 pm, with technical proposals opening at 3:30 pm the same day. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity based on need and fund availability. If the submission or opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be received and opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
