Dismantling of Balochistan Provincial Assembly Building Along with Admin Block Quetta

The Maintenance, Civil Works, Public Health and Housing Department in Quetta is inviting bids for the dismantling of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly Building along with the administrative block. This project involves the complete removal and clearance of the existing building structure located in Quetta. The scope includes dismantling, removal of debris, scaffolding, pedestrian protection, and site clearance to the satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. Bidders must have experience in similar nature works and should have completed projects worth at least **PKR 150 million** in the last five years. The successful bidder will be responsible for clearing the site including foundations within 30 days of the work order at their own cost. Debris must be disposed of at designated dumping sites outside the city. The highest bidder must deposit one third of the bid amount in cash immediately after bid declaration, with the balance payable within one week. A pre-auction meeting and site visit will be held on 2026-04-30 at 11:30 AM at the office of the undersigned. Bidders must provide a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of **PKR 1,000,000** from a recognized bank along with a copy of their National Identity Card. JV consortiums are allowed. Bid validity is ninety days. The auction will be conducted on 2026-05-07 at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer, CWPP&H Department, C&W Complex, Jafar Khan Jamali Road, Quetta.
