Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water and Marine Sciences (LUAWMS), Uthal, Balochistan invites sealed quotations from interested and eligible contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the dismantling/demolition of the old LTM Building and salvage of the material on an 'as is where is basis'. Items being procured: - Dismantling / Demolition and salvage of Old LTM Building at LUAWMS, Uthal. The scope involves careful demolition of the old LTM Building located at LUAWMS, Uthal, with salvage of all reusable materials. Contractors must have valid PEC registration in Category C-3 or above with relevant specialization. Availability of required machinery, equipment, and technical staff is mandatory. Interested firms may inspect the site during office hours before submitting quotations to fully understand site conditions, access, quantities, and nature of salvageable material. Affidavit confirming the firm has never been blacklisted by any Government or Semi-Government organization is required. NTN and Sales Tax registration must be valid. Sealed quotations clearly marked with the title 'Quotation for Dismantling/Demolition and salvage of Old LTM Building at LUAWMS, Uthal' must reach the office of the Director Project and Work LUAWMS on or before 25th August 2026 at 12:00 PM. The submission fee is Rs. 2000/= non-refundable. No conditional quotations will be entertained. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations.
