Dismantling and Replacement of Dry Batteries and Servicing of UPS 20-KVA

Items being procured: - Service of UPS 20-KVA (14 Nos.) - Replacement of Dry Batteries 40AH (288 Nos.) (Dongjin or equivalent) - Replacement of Dry Batteries 100AH (32 Nos.) (Dongjin or equivalent) The installation locations for these items are specified as the 1st floor to 6th floor for the UPS service and 40AH batteries, and the 3rd floor for the 100AH batteries. Bidders must have valid registration with the Income Tax/Sales Tax Department and submit their bids through EPADS by 16.10.2026 up to 11:00 a.m. The bids will be opened on 19.10.2026 at 12:00 p.m. Bid Security of 2% of the estimated tender value amounting to Rs. 107,000/- must be submitted in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of the Chief Commissioner, Large Taxpayers Office, Lahore, on or before 16.10.2026 at 11:00 a.m. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must also be uploaded with the e-bid. The bidder must submit a certificate confirming that the firm/company/contractor is not blacklisted by any government department and that the batteries offered are new, unused, and original at the time of bid submission.
