Tender Description
The State Bank of Pakistan, Banking Services Corporation (Rawalpindi) invites sealed bids for the disposal of miscellaneous assets located at its Rawalpindi office. This procurement is specifically for the disposal of various items including furniture, fixtures, cash machines, baggage scanners, and scrap materials. The tender is issued by the General Services Unit of SBP BSC Rawalpindi, situated at Mall Road, Rawalpindi.
Items being procured:
- Lot-I: Furniture & Fixture including steel almirahs (medium and large sizes), chairs, office equipment
- Lot-II: Cash Machines including Single Punching Machine, Note Cutting Machine, Bundle Banding Machine, Shredding Machine, Three Hole Punching Machine
- Lot-III: Baggage Scanner Machine
- Lot-IV: Scrap items including Iron Scrap, Wooden Scrap, Plastic Scrap (quoted per kilogram)
The scope includes the removal and lifting of these items from the Bank's premises on an 'As is where is' basis. The successful bidders will be responsible for arranging vehicles, labor, weighing, loading, unloading, and disposal at their own cost and risk. The items will be lifted within two weeks after the issuance of the Notification of Award. The Bank requires submission of 10% advance tax under section 236-A before lifting the items. The bidders must comply with all security protocols and provide details of vehicles, drivers, and labor involved in the lifting process.
Eligibility criteria include registration with tax authorities, appearance on the active taxpayers list (ATL) of FBR, and no blacklisting or debarment by any government or regulatory authority including NACTA. Joint ventures and consortiums are not permitted. Bidders must submit security deposits for each lot as specified and bids must be sealed and submitted by the deadline.
The bid submission deadline is **05 August 2026 at 11:00 AM**, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day at SBP BSC Rawalpindi, 1st Floor, CM Section, The Mall Road, Rawalpindi. Security deposits must be in the form of pay order or demand draft. The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
