Rawalpindi Cantonment Board invites electronic bids for the disposal of Parking Fee Collection Rights for the financial year 2026-2027 at various locations within Rawalpindi Cantonment. This procurement is managed by the Rawalpindi Cantonment Board, located in Rawalpindi city, Punjab province. The auction will be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0, ensuring a transparent and efficient bidding process. Items being procured: - Parking Fee Collection Rights for Bus @ Rs.200 per day - Parking Fee Collection Rights for Suzuki/Pickup @ Rs.100 per day - Parking Fee Collection Rights for MiniBus/Wagon @ Rs.150 per day - Parking Fee Collection Rights for Taxi/Rickshaw @ Rs.30 per day The parking fee collection points include G.P.O Chowk on road leading Mall Plaza, G.P.O Chowk Haider Road Saddar Rawalpindi Cantt, Railway Station Road, Chur Chowk, Baraf Khana Chowk, Kiyani Road, and O.P. No.22. The auction covers the rights to collect parking fees at these specified locations. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Registration on EPADS Version 2.0 is mandatory before participation. The bid security amount is Rs. 1,200,000 in the form of Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) payable to the Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board. The auction will remain open until 28 July 2026 at 02:00 PM, with bids opened and evaluated online the same day at 03:30 PM. This contract is for a period of one year. The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the annual auction amount immediately after approval and provide post-dated cheques for the remaining eleven monthly installments. Non-compliance or default may lead to forfeiture of the bid security and re-auctioning of the contract. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your EPADS registration is complete well before the closing date and double-check your bid security instrument reaches the office on time, as late or cash payments are not accepted. This will avoid disqualification on technical grounds and improve your chances of success.
