Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites bids for the disposal of unserviceable power transformers on an "as is where is" basis. The disposal will be conducted through e-Bids of E-PADS version 2.0, with the auction scheduled online on 10-08-2026 (Monday) at 11:00 AM. The transformers are located at various 132KV and 66KV grid stations within the Gujranwala division. Contact persons for inspection are the Deputy Managers SS&T/L GEPCO Divisions Gujrat and Gujranwala, with provided phone numbers for coordination. Bidders must pay Earnest Money as specified via Bank Guarantee or Pay Order in the name of the Executive Engineer SS&T/L Division Gujrat or Xen SS&T GEPCO GRW for Gujrat and Gujranwala transformers respectively. The Earnest Money must be submitted in original to the Manager (MM) GEPCO Ltd. Gujranwala office on or before the auction date and time. Bidders should quote rates exclusive of all taxes. The remaining amount including government taxes must be paid within 21 working days after issuance of Letter of Acceptance. Failure to comply will result in cancellation and forfeiture of Earnest Money. GEPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
