Disposal of Public Assets by Peshawar Electric Supply Company

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for the disposal of public assets on an 'as is where is' basis. This auction is open to interested firms, companies, state-owned enterprises, NGOs, and IGOs. Items being auctioned include: - 66-KV Redundant Line Essa Khel-Tajazai (Qty: 01) - 66-KV Redundant Line Tank-Tajazai (Qty: 01) The auction will be conducted under Single Stage One Envelope procedure through EPADS v2.0 in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The quoted rates exclude all applicable taxes payable by the successful bidder as per government rules. Earnest Money (Bid Security) must be submitted electronically on EPADS and in original form (Pay Order/Bank Draft) in favor of PESCO Sale Proceeds Account before the closing date and time. Bids without valid bid security will be rejected. Bidding documents, terms & conditions, evaluation criteria, and disposal procedures are available on EPADS v2.0 for registered bidders. Manual or physical bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened electronically on EPADS at the specified date and time in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The highest evaluated responsive bid will be accepted subject to approval by the competent authority. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. For grievances, bidders may approach the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) as per PPRA provisions. The submission deadline is 01 October 2026 at 10:00 Hrs, with bid opening at 10:30 Hrs. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission through EPADS and to carefully review all bidding documents to avoid disqualification.
