Disposal of Scrap Material by Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO)

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites bids on an 'As Is Where Is' basis for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap material lying at MEPCO Regional Store Sahiwal & Multan. The disposal will be conducted under the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure through EPADS 2.0. Items being auctioned: - Empty Body T/Fs 10 KVA (7 Nos.) - Empty Body T/Fs 15 KVA (1 No.) - Empty Body T/Fs 25 KVA (20 Nos.) - Empty Body T/Fs 50 KVA (30 Nos.) - Empty Body T/Fs 100 KVA (21 Nos.) - Empty Body T/Fs 200 KVA (5 Nos.) - Empty Body T/Fs 400 KVA (1 No.) - Nissan Pick up (1 No.) - Land Rover (Discovery Jeep) (1 No.) The materials are located at MEPCO Regional Store Sahiwal & Multan and are being disposed on an 'As is Where is Basis'. Interested bidders can visit and inspect the scrap on working days between 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM. Detailed terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on EPADS (EPADS V2.0) at www.epads.gov.pk. Bidders must register themselves on EPADS. The e-bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of Director (Procurement) MEPCO Khanewal Road, Multan. Bid security/Earnest Money must be submitted in the shape of CDR/Pay Order issued by any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of Chief Executive Officer MEPCO Multan before the E-BID submission deadline. Bids without earnest money or submitted after the deadline will be rejected. The tender number must be clearly marked on the envelope. The auction is a valuable opportunity for suppliers and scrap dealers to acquire various transformers' empty bodies and vehicles from MEPCO.
