Disposal of Shredded Waste of Currency Notes at SBP BSC Multan

The State Bank of Pakistan, Banking Services Corporation, Multan Office is procuring services for the Disposal of Shredded Waste of Currency Notes at SBP BSC Multan. This procurement is specifically for the disposal of shredded waste with an estimated annual quantity of 650,000 kilograms. The contract period is one year with the possibility of extension for two additional years on the same terms and conditions, including the specified quantity for the extended period, subject to mutual agreement. Items being procured: - Disposal of Shredded Waste of Currency Notes (650,000 kg annually) The scope of work includes arranging vehicles and suitable workers at the contractor's own cost for disposal within 7 working days of receiving verbal or written advice from the Bank. The contractor must provide plastic seals or jute twine for sealing bags, be responsible for weighing the waste using their own weighing machine, loading, unloading, and subsequent disposal. Vehicle and personnel details must be provided in advance for security clearance. The waste will be weighed and loaded in the presence of Bank representatives and taken out only after issuance of a gate pass. The contractor is responsible for the safety of their employees, Bank staff, and property, and must comply with all security protocols. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR, not be blacklisted or debarred by any organization including NACTA, and submit a security deposit of Rs. 75,000 along with the technical bid. The contract requires a performance guarantee of Rs. 200,000. Bidders must submit a single sealed package containing separate technical and financial proposals. The bid validity period is 180 days.
