Disposal of Unserviceable GSO Materials by Peshawar Electric Supply Company

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Disposal Directorate of the Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for the disposal of unserviceable General Stores Office (GSO) materials on an 'As is, where is' basis. This auction is specifically for various electrical and safety equipment located in different areas under PESCO's jurisdiction including Rajjar, Tangi, Shabqadar, and Charsadda. Items being auctioned include: - AMR Meter (5 units) at Rajjar - Fire Extinguisher (10 units) at Rajjar - 11 kV Panel with Trolly O/G (1 unit) at Rajjar - AMR Meter (13 units) at Tangi - Fire Extinguisher Foam Type 04-13/4 double (9 units) at Tangi - AMR Meter (13 units) at unspecified location - 11kV Capacitor Cells (Misc.) (4 units) at unspecified location - Fire Extinguisher (13 units) at Shabqadar - 11 kV Trolly (3 units) at unspecified location - Station Battery 02 Volt (1 unit) at unspecified location - AMR Meter (22 units) at unspecified location - Fire Extinguisher Small (4 units) at unspecified location - Fire Extinguisher with Wheel Stand Large (15 units) at Charsadda - 11 kV 200/400 C.T. (1 unit) at unspecified location - Trolly (2 units) at unspecified location - 11kV Panel with Trolly (1 unit) at unspecified location The auction includes a reserve price of PKR 605,800 and a bid security of PKR 60,580 for the lot at Shabqadar. The disposal process will be conducted strictly on an 'As is, where is' basis through EPADS v2.0 in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004 (as amended) and the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2024. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bid security in the form of Pay Order or CDR must be uploaded electronically and submitted physically in the office of Manager (Disposal) PESCO before the bid closing date and time. Manual or physical bids will not be accepted. The bid closing date is set for 15th September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day. Detailed bidding documents are available on EPADS v2.0. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA Rules. Grievances will be handled by the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) constituted under PPRA Rules. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents on EPADS and ensure timely submission of all required documents and bid security to avoid disqualification. Physical submission of bid security is mandatory despite electronic upload, so plan accordingly to meet deadlines.
