Tender Description
Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites bids for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap material consisting of LT All Aluminum Off Size located at Regional Stores in Rohri and Larkana, Sindh. This procurement is specifically for the sale of old, scrap, and condemned materials on an 'As is Where is' basis. The tender covers a total quantity of 32,736 Kg with detailed lots at both locations. The disposal process is managed by SEPCO's Material Management Directorate based in Sukkur.
The technical scope includes lifting and removal of scrap aluminum material from SEPCO's regional stores. Bidders must arrange their own transportation, labor, and equipment for lifting within 21 working days of the Work Order issuance. The contractor is responsible for compliance with safety protocols and provision of PPE to laborers. The sale is item/lot wise and bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADS version 2.0. Manual bids are not accepted.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR, active on the ATL, and provide NTN/STRN certificates. A fixed bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Bidders must also submit an affidavit and demonstrate financial stability. The bid validity period is 120 days from the opening date.
The last date for bid submission is 29th June 2026 by 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:15 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted online and a signed hard copy delivered to the Manager Material Management SEPCO Sukkur office. The successful bidder must deposit the full payment within 21 working days of the Letter of Acceptance. Failure to lift the material on time will incur penalties.
