The successful bidder must pay the balance amount within 21 days of the Letter of Acceptance issuance, failing which the bid money will be forfeited and the sale cancelled.
The e-auction will be conducted online through EPADS v2.0 platform, and manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders can increase their offers multiple times until the closing time on 10th June 2026 at 10:30 AM. The highest offer will be automatically selected as the winner. The tender opening will follow at 11:00 AM on the same day. This tender is governed by the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations-2024 and PPRA rules.
For eligibility, bidders should ensure valid NTN and STRN registration and comply with all terms and conditions. It is advisable to carefully review the e-bidding documents available on the EPADS portal and QESCO website. One practical tip for bidders is to participate early in the e-auction to monitor competing bids and adjust their offers accordingly to secure the best chance of success. The submission deadline and bid security requirements are strictly enforced, so timely compliance is essential.
