Tender Description
The State Bank of Pakistan, Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) Sukkur invites bids for the disposal of unusable items located at its Head Office in Sukkur. This procurement specifically covers two lots: Lot-I includes wooden chairs, gas heaters, smoke detectors, office chairs, steel straps, and steel strips; Lot-II includes fans, electrical charge lights, telephone sets, ceiling fans, and bracket fans. The items are offered on an 'As is where is' basis and are available for inspection on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the SBP BSC Sukkur premises.
Bidders must be registered tax filers appearing on the active taxpayers list (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and must not be blacklisted or debarred by any government or regulatory authority including NACTA. Submission of a security deposit in the form of a pay order or demand draft is mandatory for each lot separately, with Rs. 9,500/- for Lot-I and Rs. 7,500/- for Lot-II. The bids must be sealed and marked accordingly, and submitted to the General Services Unit, 2nd Floor, SBP BSC, Eidgah Road, Sukkur by 05 May 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the meeting room of SBP BSC Sukkur.
The successful bidder will be required to deposit 100% of the offered price within seven days of the Notification of Award and must remove the items at their own risk, cost, and labor within two weeks. It is important for bidders to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure all eligibility criteria and submission requirements are met to avoid rejection.
