Provision of Security Services at EOBI House G-10/4, EOBI Guest House G-6/4 and Crown Plaza F-7 Islamabad

Pakistan Real Estate Investment & Management Company Private Limited (PRIMACO), on behalf of the Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI), Government of Pakistan, invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit e-bids through PPRA/EPADS V2.00 for the provision of security services at three key locations in Islamabad: EOBI House G-10/4, EOBI Guest House G-6/4, and Crown Plaza F-7. Items being procured: - Security Services at EOBI House G-10/4 - Security Services at EOBI Guest House G-6/4 - Security Services at Crown Plaza F-7 The scope includes comprehensive security coverage at these premises, ensuring safety and protection of assets and personnel. Bidders must be capable of providing professional security services in line with government standards and regulations. Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit a bid security of PKR 500,000 refundable in the form of Deposit at Call, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee. Firms must be registered with SECP or Registrar of Firms, hold valid NTN and FBR/Tax Department registration, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) at the time of bid submission. An affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming no litigation or blacklisting is also mandatory.
