Supply of Distribution Transformers 25-KVA, 100-KVA, 200-KVA

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites bids for the supply of Distribution Transformers under local funds. The procurement is based on WAPDA/PPMC approved manufacturers who are duly pre-qualified and registered in Category M-1. The transformers must comply with WAPDA/PPMC drawings and specifications, including valid prototype approval. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The supply includes the following items: - 25-KVA Distribution Transformers, Lot-i, Quantity 510 - 100-KVA Distribution Transformers, Lot-i, Quantity 320 - 200-KVA Distribution Transformers, Lot-i, Quantity 310 - 25-KVA Distribution Transformers, Lot-ii, Quantity 490 - 100-KVA Distribution Transformers, Lot-i, Quantity 280 - 200-KVA Distribution Transformers, Lot-i, Quantity 290 The transformers are to be supplied as per the detailed specifications and terms available on the EPADS portal. The site of delivery and technical scope require adherence to WAPDA/PPMC standards ensuring quality and reliability for distribution network enhancement. Eligible bidders must submit an original Bid Security Instrument in the office of the undersigned before the online submission deadline. The technical and financial bids will be submitted electronically through EPADS and opened on the same day in the office of the Director Material Management, FESCO Old Thermal Plant, Abdullahpur, Faisalabad. Bidders should have valid PEC registration in the relevant category, FBR registration, and proven experience in supplying distribution transformers. The deadline for bid submission is 28th July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM. For any technical difficulties in EPADS, bidders may contact the PPRA Team in Islamabad.
