Procurement of Diving Equipment and Low Voltage Circuit Breakers for Tarbela Power Station

The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) Tarbela Power Station invites bids for procurement planned for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is on a D.D.P. basis and aims to cover essential goods for the power station located in Tarbela, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement includes specialized equipment and electrical components necessary for the station's operational efficiency. Items being procured: - Diving equipment for diving setup - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of spare low voltage (415V) circuit breakers - Essential spare parts for low voltage substations at Ghazi Barrage The technical scope covers the supply and installation of diving equipment suitable for underwater operations at the power station. Additionally, the tender includes low voltage electrical components, specifically 415V circuit breakers and their spares, critical for maintaining the substations at Ghazi Barrage. These items require compliance with industry standards and must be suitable for the operational environment of a major hydroelectric power facility. Eligible bidders should be registered with the relevant PEC category for electrical works and must have valid FBR and ATL registration. Experience in supplying and installing electrical equipment for power stations will be advantageous. Bidders must provide a bid security as specified in the bidding documents, which can be in the form of a Pay Order, Banker’s Cheque, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee. Insurance guarantees are not acceptable. The key date for submission is 20-08-2026, with electronic bids to be submitted via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 1100 Hrs. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hrs for diving equipment and 1140 Hrs for circuit breakers. Manual submissions are not entertained. The bidding documents and detailed terms are available on the EPADS portal.
