Items being procured: - Construction of DPO Residence at Kot Addu, ADP No. 3071 for the year 2026-27 (DNIT Cost: Rs.5,26,98,874/-; Earnest Money: Rs.26,34,944/-; Time Limit: 12 Months) - Construction of Police Posts, Police Stations and Police Pickets in Kacha Areas, including: - Construction of Police Post Mud Sohanary, Shah District Muzaffargarh, ADP No. 3066 for the year 2026-27 (DNIT Cost: Rs.7,58,34,000/-; Earnest Money: Rs.37,91,700/-; Time Limit: 12 Months) - Construction of 03-Nos Riverine Police Posts at District Muzaffargarh, ADP No. 3066 for the year 2026-27 (DNIT Cost: Rs.22,84,40,000/-; Earnest Money: Rs.1,14,22,000/-; Time Limit: 18 Months) The technical scope includes full civil works for residential and police infrastructure, with all materials and construction standards as per DNIT and Punjab PPRA requirements. Bidders must quote item-wise rates and submit all documents digitally. Only those with valid PEC licenses and up-to-date financial documents for 2026-27 will be considered. A 5 percent Bid Security (Earnest Money) is required, to be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. The lowest evaluated bidder must provide a 10 percent Performance Guarantee within 15 days of offer acceptance. Bids must be submitted online by 12:00 PM on 30.09.2026.
