Pakistan Railway Composite Schedule of Rates 2016 (Multan Division) E-Bid for Construction and Renovation Works at Multan City Station and Other Locations

Pakistan Railways Divisional Office Multan invites electronic bids on Pakistan Railway Composite Schedule of Rates-2016 (Multan Division) & 2021-22 (Electric), and Through Rates from the contractors. The contract/firm should be included in the active taxpayers list (ATL) of FBR. Name of firm/agency on CDR is mandatory. Items being procured: - Providing 2'x100'x25' platform shelter on up passenger platform No.1 & 2 at Lodhran station on KPR-LON section (to be shifted from New Multan City Station) - Construction of 09 Nos Leased Out Commercial Shop No.1-1, 2-4, 12-1, 14-1, 15-1, 9-L, 31-P, 20-O & 2-G Size (12'x15'x11') at Faqirwali Stations Station On BWU-FPA (Closed) Section - Construction of 13 Nos Leased Out Shops (15 to 10'x10'x11') in Block-G1-14-A, F-10-A Block G-1/1 5, 6, 7, 8 & 15 and Block-G Shop 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 & 20 at Multan Station/Samasatta-Amruka Section - Construction of 13 Nos Leased Out Shops (Size 12'x15'x11') in Block-K (11, 50, 51, 52, 60, 61, 64, 65, 66, 73, 74, 75 and 76 at Pakpattan Station On Lodhran-Pakpattan Section - Renovation of station building with provision of washrooms and replacement of brick flooring with tile flooring on 16x00x30' high level passenger platform at SNW station. The works include civil construction, renovation, and provision of facilities at various railway stations in Multan Division. Bidders must submit their e-bids with scanned copy of the bid security in shape of CDR through EPADS V.2.0. Bids must be accompanied by a scanned copy of Bid Security in the form of CDR, in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Multan as mentioned above. Bids security in original along with other necessary documents as stated in bidding documents should be dropped in the tender box available in Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Multan. Tender must be uploaded on E-PADS at 12:00 or before, on 08 October 2026. Only bids through EPADS V2.0 will be entertained and no other bid will be accepted except EPAD. Bidders who participated in single stage single envelope Bids will be opened on same date in the chamber of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Multan at 12:30 hours in the presence of the representatives of the firms who want to be witnessed. One practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm is registered on the active taxpayers list (ATL) of FBR and that your bid security CDR is properly prepared in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer Pakistan Railways Multan to avoid disqualification.
