Procurement of Civil Works for Removal of Mud, Sludge/Silt and Construction of G.I Shed at Thin Oil Floor of Jinnah Hydel Power Station

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites bids for the procurement of civil works at the R.E Jinnah Hydel Power Station in Kalabagh, Tehsil Isakhel, District Mianwali, Punjab. The procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and funded by WAPDA Member (Power). The works involve the removal of mud, sludge, and silt, as well as the construction of a G.I shed at the thin oil floor of the Jinnah Hydel Power Station. Items being procured: - Removal of Mud - Removal of Sludge/Silt - Construction of G.I Shed at Thin Oil Floor of Jinnah HPS The procurement will be conducted using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. Bidders must provide a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents, which can be in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Where Bid Security is not required by the Procuring Agency, bidders must furnish a Bid Security Declaration.
