Procurement of Dredging Fleet: Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger, Cutter Suction Dredger, Split Hopper Barges, Support Vessel, Survey Boat, and Work Boats on Time Charter

National Dredging & Marine Services (Private) Limited (NDMS) invites sealed bids from eligible and reputable firms for the procurement of a comprehensive dredging fleet on a time charter basis. The procurement is for the following equipment and vessels: - Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger (TSHD) with a capacity of 25,000 m3 - Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD) with 2,500 kW cutter power - 3 Split Hopper Barges (each with a capacity greater than 5,000 m3) - One Multi-CAT Support Vessel - One dedicated Survey Boat of approximately 15 meters length - Two Work Boats of not less than 12 meters length All equipment must be provided on a time charter basis in accordance with PPRA Rule 2004 (36 d) under the Two Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure. The technical scope includes the supply, operation, and maintenance of the specified dredging and support vessels, ensuring compliance with all relevant technical and safety standards. The vessels will be used for marine and dredging operations as per the requirements of NDMS. Interested bidders must deposit a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 20,000 via pay order along with their technical and financial offers in favour of National Dredging & Marine Services (Private) Limited. Bids must be submitted at NLC Headquarters, Harding Road, Rawalpindi. The deadline for submission is 15 September 2026 at 11:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Pre-bid meetings will be held at HQ NLC, Harding Road, on dates/times mentioned in the bidding documents for clarifications. Bidders should ensure they are registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
