Procurement of Dredging Fleet including Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger, Cutter Suction Dredger, Split Hopper Barges, Support Vessel, Survey Boat and Work Boats on Time Charter Basis

National Dredging & Marine Services (Private) Limited invites sealed bids separately marked as Technical and Financial from eligible and reputable firms for procurement of a dredging fleet on Time Charter Basis in Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger (TSHD) with 25,000 M3 capacity - Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD) with 2,500 kW cutter power - Three Split Hopper Barges each with capacity greater than or equal to 5,000 m3 - Support Vessel (Multi-CAT) - One dedicated Survey Boat approximately 15 meters in length - Two Work Boats each not less than 12 meters in length The scope includes provision of these vessels on a time charter basis in accordance with PPRA Rule 2004 36(d) under a two-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. The tender fee of Rs 20,000 (non-refundable) must be deposited in shape of pay order along with technical and financial offers. Bids will be submitted at NLC Headquarters, Harding Road, Rawalpindi. Technical bids will be opened on 15 September 2026 at 12:00 Noon in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
