The Swat Irrigation Division-II Matta is procuring critical dredging and desilting works for Khwazakhela Khwar and Charbagh Khwar, as well as Haroonai Khwar and Barwai Khwar in Swat District. Additionally, the department is undertaking the construction and installation of 200 solar-based irrigation tube wells across various villages and tehsils within Swat District, including Shah Tangar, Kachigram, Sakhra Valley, Kamarch, Shamiray, Wargano Dolata, and Dambdar Dherai. The total estimated cost for these works is approximately **PKR 170.52 million**.
The technical scope involves extensive civil works for dredging and desilting waterways to improve irrigation flow, alongside the installation of solar-powered irrigation tube wells, which includes civil construction and pump house setup. These projects are vital for enhancing water management and sustainable irrigation in the region.
