Special Repair and Up-gradation of Reservation Office Building and Up-lifting of Outside Reservation Office at Lalamusa Railway Station

Bids are invited by the Divisional Superintendent Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi for the special repair and up-gradation of the Reservation Office Building along with the up-lifting of the outside Reservation Office at Lalamusa Railway Station in Punjab. This procurement is under the Pakistan Railway Composite Schedule of Rates 2016 (Rawalpindi Division) and is open to approved contractors registered with Pakistan Railways or any other Government Department who are registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant code of specialization for civil and electrical works and are on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Items being procured: - Special repair and up-gradation of Reservation Office Building - Up-lifting of outside Reservation Office at Lalamusa Railway Station The scope includes civil and electrical works as per the approved schedule. Bidders must submit their bids electronically on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal with all prescribed supporting documents, including scanned copies of bid security in the shape of CDR or Bank Guarantee, CNIC, valid PEC license, present ATL status, and original bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee. The bids will be opened on Thursday, October 08, 2026, at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Eligibility requires registration with PEC, ATL status, and earnest money as bid security of Rs.693,808/-. Completion period for the work is 3 months.
