Drilling of Bores and Installation of Solar Operated Pumping System and Lining for Water Courses in Kech District

The Deputy Director Agriculture On Farm Water Management Kech invites sealed tenders for execution of important agricultural water management works for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Drilling of bores and installation of solar operated pumping system for agriculture of the farmers of UC Balagatar in District Kech, PSDP 2026-27 S. No. 68 [Z2026.3788] - Lining for water courses for Zamindar Turbat PSDP 2026-27 S. No. 85 [Z2026.3805] The technical scope includes drilling boreholes and installing solar-powered pumping systems to support agricultural activities, as well as lining water courses to improve irrigation efficiency in Kech district. The works require specialized knowledge in solar power equipment and civil construction related to water management. Eligibility criteria include registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-6 and above (up to 25 million) with relevant category and specialized code. Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. Experience of completing at least three similar assignments with a turnover of at least PKR 15,000,000 in the last three years is mandatory. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Deposit at Call is required. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Director Agriculture OFWM District Kech upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,500 at any National Bank of Pakistan branch in Balochistan through Green Bank Challan (C03136). The last date for issuance of tender documents and bid submission is 18 August 2026 during office hours.
