Procurement of Laboratory Equipments for Chemistry, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Environmental Sciences and Fine Arts Departments

Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU), Rawalpindi, invites E-Bids for the procurement of laboratory equipments for multiple departments including Chemistry, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Environmental Sciences, and Fine Arts for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement covers a detailed list of eleven lots with specific estimated costs and bid securities for each. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have valid GST registration. Prices should be quoted exclusive of GST, which must be indicated separately. Bids must be valid for 90 days and extendable for 30 days. The university reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without assigning reasons. A bid security of 3% of the total estimated cost per lot is mandatory. Bids without or less than the required earnest money will be rejected. Bidders must submit bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Bid security must also be submitted online as per the system procedure. The deadline for bid submission is 19th November 2026 by 1100 hours, with opening at 1130 hours the same day. Late bids will not be accepted.
