Procurement of Equipment, Furniture, and Appliances for Laboratories and Academic Facilities at SBBUVAS Larkana Campus Naudero

Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (SBBUVAS), Sakrand, invites electronic bids through the SPPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) from eligible contractors, firms, suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized sole distributors for procurement of goods and supply requirements for its Larkana Campus at Naudero. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Items being procured: - Procurement of Equipment, Instruments, and Glassware for Various Laboratories at SBBUVAS Larkana Campus @ Naudero - Procurement of Furniture and Fixtures for Classrooms, Laboratories, Offices, and Allied Academic Facilities at SBBUVAS Larkana Campus @ Naudero - Supply and Installations of Appliances for Academic & Admin Section at SBBUVAS Larkana Campus @ Naudero The procurement covers laboratory equipment, classroom and office furniture, and appliances installation at the Larkana Campus. Bidders must possess a valid National Tax Number (NTN) issued by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), valid Sales Tax Registration for goods procurement, and registration with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) for works and services. Registration with the relevant Chamber of Commerce and Industry is also required where applicable. Each bidder must submit an undertaking confirming no blacklisting by any Government Department, Autonomous Body, Semi-Government Organization, or Procuring Agency. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000 for each lot, with a completion time of 3 months and earnest money of 5% required. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-PADS system by the deadlines specified: 17-11-2026 at 11:00 AM for equipment, 12:00 PM for furniture, and 1:00 PM for appliances. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately under the Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010, as amended. Bidders should ensure bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee valid for at least 28 days beyond bid validity. Bids must be complete, signed, and submitted on time to avoid rejection. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to cancel the bidding process or reject any bid subject to Rule 25 of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010.
