Procurement of Drugs, Medicines, Surgical and Disposable Items, X-Ray Films, Chemical and Contrast Media, Endovascular Instruments, Orthopaedic Implants for Health Institutes Sindh 2027-28

The Health Department, Government of Sindh, invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible suppliers, manufacturers, importers, and authorized distributors for the procurement of a comprehensive range of drugs, medicines, surgical and disposable items, X-ray films, chemical and contrast media (radiology items), endovascular instruments, and orthopaedic implants. This procurement is under a framework contract for the financial year 2027-28, covering all health institutes across Sindh province. Items being procured: - Drugs / Medicines (Anti Bacterial / Antibiotic / Anaesthetic Drugs / Obstetrics / Ophthalmic / ENT Drugs) - Drugs / Medicines (Plasma Expander & Large Volume Parenterals) - Syringes / I.V. Cannula / CVP Lines Etc. - Surgical / Disposable / Sundries / Sutures / Disinfectant / Antiseptic & Other Allied Items - Sundries / Cotton Bandages / Drips Etc. - Endovascular Equipment - Orthopaedic Implants - Drugs / Medicines (General Medicines / Hormones / Dermatology / Drugs Of Cardiology) - Oncology Drugs - Psychotropic Drug - Vaccine / Immunoglobulin / Antiviral / Hepatitis Drugs - Dental Material - X-Ray Films / Chemical / Contrast Media & Other Related Drugs - Cardiac Medical Devices The technical scope includes supply and delivery of the above items to various health facilities throughout Sindh, as per the finalized rate contract and specifications provided in the bidding documents. Each institute will procure as per their available budget, and the cost estimate depends on the budget released by the finance department. Bidders must be on the FBR/ SRB Active Taxpayers List and, where applicable, registered with the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan. Earnest Money of **Rs. 5,000** per item is required as Bid Security, to be submitted via EPADS by **22nd September 2026, 11:00 AM**.
