Supply of Dry Test Meters for Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited Lahore

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the supply of dry test meters as per the requirements outlined in the tender documents. This procurement is being conducted at the SNGPL Head Office, Lahore, and is open to both local and foreign suppliers, subject to the terms and conditions specified in the bid documents. Bidders must submit both technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes under the single stage two envelope system. The technical proposal should include technical literature, a completed questionnaire, clause-by-clause commentary on specifications, quantity offered, bid bond, and delivery period. The financial proposal must include the price schedule, original bid bond, sales tax registration certificate, income tax certificate, and a copy of the questionnaire. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money in the form of a bid bond is mandatory as per the instructions in the tender documents. Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date. Only one quotation per principal/manufacturer will be entertained, and all corrections in bids must be properly authenticated.
