Tender Description
Nowshera Medical College, a Medical Teaching Institution under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids through the EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) portal for the procurement of computer systems and switches. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the IT infrastructure of the college to improve operational efficiency and service delivery in Nowshera.

The procurement follows the National Competitive Bidding procedure under the Single Stage Two Envelope method as per KP-KPRA rules 2014. Bidders must be manufacturers or authorized dealers registered with the active taxpayer list (ATL) of FBR. Detailed bid solicitation documents including equipment descriptions, quantities, evaluation criteria, and terms and conditions are available for download from the EPADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk), www.kppra.gov.pk, and www.nmcn.edu.pk.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 15-10-2026 at 11:00 am. Bidders must submit their bids by uploading scanned copies on EPADS by 26-10-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the Academic Hall of Nowshera Medical College. Physical submission of bids or documents via hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted.
All bids must be accompanied by a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000 payable to Principal PD NMC Account, BoK Account no 3001138668. The original bank deposit slip must be submitted in a sealed envelope by the opening date. Bidders must also submit original bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD) in the name of Dean NMC before the deadline.
The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KP-KPRA rules 2014.
For bidders, it is crucial to ensure timely online submission on EPADS and to attend the pre-bid meeting to clarify any technical or procedural queries. This will help avoid disqualification due to non-compliance or incomplete documentation.
