Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply, installation, and commissioning of E-Library equipment at the Civil Court Mirpur Bathoro, Judicial District Sujawal, under the District and Sessions Court, Sujawal. The procurement covers advanced desktop systems, printers, networking devices, ergonomic furniture, smart display units, and yearly internet and law site subscriptions, ensuring a modern digital library setup in Sujawal.
The scope includes delivery of Intel Core i5 13th Gen desktops with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD, HP LaserJet printers, TP-Link routers, compact laminated tables with mid-back revolving chairs, and a 40-inch Smart 4K UHD TV. The installation and commissioning will be completed within 30 days at the Civil Court Mirpur Bathoro. The project demands adherence to technical specifications and quality standards to meet the judicial district's operational needs.
Bidders must be registered contractors or suppliers with a minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million over the last three fiscal years. Compliance with PEC registration, FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status, and valid GST and NTN registration is mandatory. The tender requires submission of Earnest Money and a Performance Guarantee as per SPPRA rules for the fiscal year 2025-26.
The submission deadline is set for 09:00 AM on 25th April 2026, with bid opening at 09:30 AM the same day at the Office of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Sujawal. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement portal. Physical submissions will not be accepted.
