Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the establishment of a fully equipped E-Library at Garhi Khairo Court, Jacobabad, under the District & Sessions Court, Jacobabad. The procurement includes supply, installation, and commissioning of hardware, furniture, internet service, and law-site subscriptions, ensuring a modern digital resource center for legal professionals in the region.
The project scope covers advanced IT equipment such as Intel Core i5 14th Gen desktops with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD, HP LaserJet all-in-one printer, TP-Link Wi-Fi 6 router, ergonomic furniture, and a 50-inch Smart 4K UHD TV. The setup also includes yearly internet and law subscription services, all to be installed and configured at the Garhi Khairo Court premises. The site demands careful handling of cabling and setup to ensure seamless integration and user-friendly access.
Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, hold an active ATL status, and meet the minimum turnover requirements. Compliance with PEC categories is advised, and bidders should ensure their GST, NTN, and vendor numbers are valid for the financial year 2025-26. Earnest Money of Rs. 25,000 in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order is mandatory. The tender follows the Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2022).
