Tender Description
This tender invites qualified suppliers to provide the Horizontal Situation Indicator (HSI) units, integral to the EFIS system of the F-7PG aircraft, at Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra, Punjab. The procurement falls under the Electronics & Appliances category and is issued by the Ministry of Defence through PAC Kamra.
The HSI is a critical avionics component featuring a four-inch color CRT display that converts flight data signals for pilot navigation. The tender specifies supply of new or refurbished units, complete with technical literature and free-of-cost part catalogues. Delivery is expected within 2-3 months post contract signing, with a mandatory 12-month warranty after acceptance at the APF. The technical offer must include detailed specifications and brochures, ensuring interchangeability with existing systems. The supply will be inspected by quality control and user representatives at PAC Kamra.
Bidders should ensure compliance with PEC registration and maintain active status on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for the fiscal year 2025-26. The tender requires submission of a 10% Performance Bank Guarantee and adherence to all PPRA rules. Firms must provide complete documentation including financial capability, registration certificates, and a non-disclosure agreement on judicial stamp paper.
The submission deadline is set for 11:00 AM on 22 January 2026, with technical and commercial bids to be delivered in sealed envelopes to the Directorate of Central Procurement, PAC Kamra. Late submissions will not be entertained. The tender opening will be conducted publicly at the specified time and date.
Pro-Tip: Ensure your bid includes the correct Bid Security in the form of CDR or Pay Order as per clause 31, and double-check the tender documents for the required signatures and stamps on each page to avoid disqualification.
