Tender Description
Sindh Integrated Emergency and Health Services (SIEHS) in Karachi invites bids for the procurement of electrical, civil, and plumbing tools and equipment under a closed framework contract valid for one year. This procurement covers a wide range of items including LED lights, circuit breakers, copper lugs, wiring, PVC pipes, plumbing fittings, and tool kits. The contract aims to support SIEHS's emergency and health services infrastructure with quality materials sourced from reputable brands such as Osaka, Schneider, and Pak Arab. The procurement process follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure through the EPADS portal, ensuring transparency and compliance with Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2024).
The scope includes delivery to Karachi with all prices inclusive of taxes, duties, and delivery charges. Bidders must be registered on the active taxpayers list of FBR and provincial tax authorities. The contract requires a bid security of PKR 22,400 and a performance security of 5% of the contract value. Bids must be valid for 90 days and submitted electronically by 9th March 2026 at 10:30 AM.
