Supply of Electrical Conductors, Cables, Steel Structures and Accessories

The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites bids for the supply of various electrical conductors, cables, HT steel structures, and related accessories. This procurement is specifically for delivery to FESCO regional stores located in Faisalabad, Jhang, Sargodha, and Mianwali. The items include ACSR conductors (Osprey, Dog, Wasp), SID cables, 15 KV XLPE power cables in both armored and unarmored forms, GS wire, HT steel structures of various sizes, and T/Kits for indoor and outdoor applications. The tender covers a wide range of electrical materials essential for power distribution and infrastructure maintenance. Quantities vary from a few kilometers of cables to hundreds of units of steel structures and connectors. The procurement is under local funds and requires bidders to be prequalified or registered with WAPDA/PPMC/DISCOs as approved manufacturers. Valid prototype approvals and compliance with WAPDA/EPCO/PPMC drawings and specifications are mandatory. Eligible bidders must have relevant PEC registration, be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, and demonstrate experience in supplying similar electrical goods. The first batch of tenders closes on 16th June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Subsequent batches have closing and opening dates on 23rd and 30th June 2026. The submission office is the Director (Material Management) at FESCO Old Thermal Plant, Faisalabad. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure the Earnest Money or Bid Security Instrument is submitted physically before the online bid submission deadline, as failure to do so will result in bid rejection.
