Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed e-bids from pre-qualified and registered manufacturers or suppliers with LESCO, DISCOs, NTDCL, and GENCOs. The scope covers supply of high-quality electrical distribution materials suitable for installation at various LESCO grid stations and regional stores. Delivery is free to consignee stores at specified locations in Lahore and surrounding areas. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have prior experience supplying similar electrical equipment to DISCOs or related entities. PEC registration and compliance with bid security and performance guarantee requirements are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS portal by the specified deadlines for each item batch, with hard copies of bid bonds submitted to the Chief Engineer (Material Management) at LESCO HQ, Lahore. Opening of bids will be conducted on the same dates as submission. Interested bidders should download bidding documents from www.ppra.gov.pk, www.eprocure.gov.pk, or www.lesco.gov.pk. The earliest submission deadline is 4th August 2026 for Single Phase Static Energy Meters, and the latest is 10th September 2026 for Transformer Oil.
