Tender Description
The Migration Detention Center Mirpur AJK invites sealed bids for the supply of electrical and general store items required for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted on an Open Competitive Bidding basis using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Interested suppliers are encouraged to participate and provide competitive offers for the listed items.

The technical scope includes the supply and delivery of high-quality electrical wires, switches, bulbs, paints, and general store consumables as per the specified quantities. All items must meet the required standards and specifications suitable for institutional use at the Migration Detention Center in Mirpur AJK.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money of Rs. 60,000 for electrical items and Rs. 40,500 for general store items must be submitted in the form of CDR or Pay Order along with the bid. Bidding documents can be obtained for Rs. 1,500 up to 31-08-2026. The deadline for submission is 01-09-2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM on the same day at the office of the undersigned.
