Procurement of Electrical and Printing Supplies for GEPCO Gujranwala 2026-27

Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites e-bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of various electrical and printing supplies for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted through the e-Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS) as per the approved procurement plan. All items must be delivered to the GEPCO office in Gujranwala. Bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money/Bid Security is required as per the amounts specified for each lot, to be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or CDR. Only original bid security documents will be accepted. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 11:30 AM on August 31, 2023. Late submissions will not be entertained. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the GEPCO office. For best results, ensure all supporting documents are scanned clearly and uploaded in the correct format to avoid technical rejection.
