Electrical Works of Security Surveillance System at Bhalwal Industrial Estate

Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) invites bids for Electrical Works of Security Surveillance System at Bhalwal Industrial Estate in Punjab. This procurement is aimed at enhancing security infrastructure within the industrial estate through installation of advanced electrical surveillance systems. Items being procured: - Electrical works of Security Surveillance System The scope includes complete electrical installation for the security surveillance system at the Bhalwal Industrial Estate site. Contractors must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above with specialized codes EE-02 and have proven experience in similar electrical works. The project demands high-quality materials and adherence to safety and technical standards to ensure reliable and efficient surveillance operations. Bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL, and possess relevant PEC registration. Experience in executing electrical surveillance or similar electrical infrastructure projects is mandatory. Earnest Money in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order amounting to Rs. 198,523 (2% of estimated cost) exclusively issued by Bank of Punjab (BOP) is required. The original bid security must be submitted digitally on the e-Procurement portal. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA Punjab website, PIEDMC website, and Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System for e-bid submission. Completed bids must be submitted online by 29th July 2026 before 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM as per PPRA Rules 2014.
