Tender Description
Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) invites bids for electrical works of the Security Surveillance System at Bhalwal Industrial Estate, located in Bhalwal city, Punjab. This tender is specifically for contractors registered with PEC in category C-6 or above, holding specialized codes EE-02, and possessing experience in similar electrical works.

The scope includes comprehensive electrical installation and integration of security surveillance infrastructure within the industrial estate. Contractors must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and standards as per the bidding documents. The project demands high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration in category C-6 or higher with EE-02 specialization. Bidders must also demonstrate prior experience in executing similar electrical projects. FBR/ATL registration and compliance with PPRA rules 2014 (amended) are mandatory.

Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by or before 29th July 2026 at 03:00 PM. Technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM.
Earnest Money in the form of Bank Guarantee/CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order amounting to Rs. 198,523 (2% of estimated cost) must be submitted digitally on the procurement portal. Bids without original bid security or incomplete documentation will be rejected.
