Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) is procuring a comprehensive Electricity Bill Printing Solution based in Multan, Punjab. This procurement covers the supply of 4 color two-sided pre-printed bill forms on A5 size paper with a minimum 80 GSM quality, black and white variable data printing on one side, and delivery of printed bills to all MEPCO Revenue Offices within its jurisdiction. The scope includes handling a large volume of prints, approximately 8.3 million pages currently, with projected growth over the next three years. The printing and delivery must be completed within 15 hours daily at each Revenue Office, with at least three printing locations established across MEPCO's territory to ensure timely service. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and PRA, possess valid NTN and sales tax certificates, and have a minimum of three years experience in variable data printing with a capacity of at least 5 million prints per month.
