Electrification of Remaining Areas in District Haveli Kahuta

The Electricity Department Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites sealed bids for the electrification of remaining areas in District Haveli Kahuta. This project aims to extend electrical infrastructure to underserved localities, enhancing access to reliable power supply for residents and businesses in the region. The scope of work includes the installation and commissioning of various electrical components as detailed below. Items being procured: - 10 Nos. 50KVA Transformers - 48.24 Km LT (Ant) Line - 25.42 Km HT (Rabbit) Line - 239 Sets of HT Poles - 350 Nos. LT30.8' Poles - 248 Nos. HT34.8' Poles The technical scope covers supply, erection, and commissioning of distribution transformers, laying of high-tension and low-tension lines, and installation of poles and associated hardware. All works must comply with the relevant standards and specifications as outlined by the department. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category, and must also be listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Earnest Money of 324,500 PKR in the form of CDR is required with the bid. Only firms with relevant experience in similar electrical works will be considered. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the undersigned by 13 November 2026, 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The tender document can be downloaded from www.ajk.ppra.gov.pk.
