Electrification of Remaining Areas in District Muzaffarabad Jhelum Valley and Bagh

The Operation Division Jhelum Valley invites sealed bids for the electrification of remaining areas in District Muzaffarabad, Jhelum Valley, and Bagh under the current development program. This procurement is being conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per AJK PPRA rules. The scope of work includes supply, installation, and commissioning of electrical infrastructure to extend electrification to underserved localities. Items being procured: - 50 KVA Transformers (4 Nos) - LT Ant Conductor (57 Km) - LT Rabbit Conductor (47 Km) - HT Ant Conductor (7.75 Km) - HT Rabbit Conductor (5.27 Km) The technical scope covers the provision and erection of distribution transformers, laying of low tension (LT) and high tension (HT) conductors, and associated accessories as per the approved design and standards. The works are to be executed at various sites within the specified districts, ensuring reliable and safe power supply to the targeted communities. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category, possess valid AJK PPRA registration, and be listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Earnest Money equivalent to 2% of the bid amount in the form of CDR must be attached with the bid. Bidders must not be blacklisted or involved in any litigation/conflict of interest with the department. Sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned office by 11-11-2026 at 12:30pm. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
